Retap - rethink water
The Retap History
Henrik Kemp, Lars Brøndum Petersen and Robert Hjernberg on the Retap History: "Retap was initially influenced by reading about plastic islands in the oceans consisting mainly of plastic bottles. With the UN climate meeting 2009 in Copenhagen (COP 15) closing in, we became more aware of the negative impact of bottled water on the environment. We felt that something had to be done. So we set our minds on designing a bottle that is especially designed for drinking tap water. A year and many designs later in the summer of 2010, we released the Retap bottle, and we’re very proud of this eco-friendly and beautiful product."
The Retap Bottle
"The Retap bottle is made from borosilicate glass, which is stronger, more heat resistant, and more eco-friendly than regular glass. The retap lid is made of thermaplastic elastomer which does not contain bisphenol A (BPA), or any other harmful endocrine disrupting additives."

Four-cornered villa by avanto architects
"The cross like shape of this simple villa reaches towards four very different views. The space is open and defined at the same time. The exterior is treated black and to contrast the interior is very light. The building is insulated well and heated by wood only. There is no electricity or running water. The simple and ascetic life at the countryside differs dramatically from the hectic city life." by avanto architects
